سيكفيك من ذاك المسمّى اشارة ، فدعه مصونا بالجلال محجّبا
لسنا نسمّيك إجلالا وتكرمة ، فقدرك المعتلى عن ذاك يغنينا
إذ انفردت وما شوركت فى صفة ، فحسبنا الوصف ايضا حاوت بنا
The latter two verses are included in a qaṣīda by Ibn Zaydūn (see the 1994 edition of his dīwān, p. 301). Note the different ending of verse three in the dīwān, فحسبنا الوصف إيضاحا وتبيينا.
The first verse is attributed to the poet Bahā' al-Dīn Zuhayr.
