Loose sheet of folded paper placed between pp. 378 and 379 in the printed book. On one side two funeral prayers of the prophet marked "Muslim". On the other side the text given above, part of a duʻā’ of the prophet (included in Ibn Māǧa's Sunan: book 34, no. 3846; p. 1264 in the edition from Dār iḥyāʼ al-kutub al-ʻarabiyya).
