تمّت بعون الله الكريم والحمد لله الرحمن الرحيم فى رمضان ليلة الثانى عشر عام ١٤٢٥ ه أبياتها ق؟
« تخميسه الحاج ءادم مطوله الشيخ [راضيا ؟] [شيخه] رحمهما الله تعالى [أمدنا بمدهم] آمين في شهر القرءان ١٢\١٤٢٥ ه الموافق تقمت ١٥\١٩٦٧ م ختمت بيد زين أحمد » (١٠٠)
The number of verses given as an abǧad numeral, qāf followed by an unidentified letter. Qāf however corresponds to 100, but the poem only has 92 verses.
In the left margin of fol. 25r: ٤٨ ؟ فى هذ اليل .
At the top of fol. 25v added with a different pen and possibly referring to Ḥāǧǧ Ādam: ذى الطَّوْل .
