وفائدته بعد الشروع وجوب اجرة المثل ولو مات الابق في بعض الطريق او هرب فلا شئ للعامل و ادا رده فليس له حبسه لقبض الجعل ويصدق المالك ان انكر شرط الجعل او سعيه في رد فان اختلفا في قدر الجعل تحالفا
