وفصل بل يصح اعتكاف اليل وحده بناء على انه لا يشترط فيه الضو وهو ما نص عليه الشافعي رحمه الله في الجديد الخبر ليس على المعتكن صيام الا ان يجعله على نفسه رواه الحاكم وقال صحيح على شرط مسلم
