واذا فضل حزب قسم العوض بالسوية لا الاصابة الا ان شرط وتعتبر بنصل فلو تلف وتراو قوس او عرض ما انصدم به لسهم واصاب حسب له والا لم يحسب عليه وان لم يقصر ولو نقلت ريح الغرض فاصاب محله حسب له والا حسب عليه ولو شرط خسق فلقى صلابة فسقط حسب له كتاب الايمان اليمين تحقيق محتمل بما اختص الله تعالى به
