Part contains Quran section 17:01 - 92:16. Text is in red double frame. Sura titles are marked in red with information on number of verses. There are several interruptions in the text: 123v begins with words 23 - 28 of 33:35 which constitutes a direct continuation of text on 123r. Hereafter however the text jumps to word 15 of 24:26 continuing until word 3 of 24:30 at the bottom of the page. This section has subsequently been crossed out. The catch word on 123v من indicates that the scribe intended to continue from 24:30 on the following page. But before doing so he must have realized his mistake. From the top of 124r the text returns to word 23 of 33:35. Folio 278 should have been placed between folios 279 and 280. Catchwords indicate that this was the scribes intention.
