Biographic comments
Studied Ibn ʻAqīl's Šarḥ on the Alfiyya in 1244 and clarified the iʻrāb of some of the verses. In 1270 he proceeded to set iʻrāb to the rest of the verses. The work was finished in Ramaḍān 1271 (ZM00190, p. 260).
