Šāfiʻī faqīh and ṣūfī. Šayḫ of al-Madrasa al-Ṭūlūniyya in al-Quds. He is known to have written poetry. In HRAS00101, fol. 25r, some additional verses to Qaṣīdat al-Burda are ascribed to him.
