  فائدة / وكان عادة بنات اهل الهرر اذا جهزها ابوها أو أخوها يوم زواجها لم يكن لها ميراث من تركة ابيها وبذلك جرت عادة اهل الهرر الى ان تولى امير احمد بن محمد فلما تولى امير احمد بن امير محمد قال هذا الأمر مخالف للشرع وجمع اهل البلاد في مجلسه وقال ان البنت اذا اجهزها ابوها أو أخوها بشئ أولا ميراثها ثابت لها وكان ذلك بكرة يوم الأحد سادس عشر شعبان سنة ١٢٠٩ وما كان قبل ذلك اليوم يكون على عادة البلاد جعله الله لنا خيرا ه
