Biographic comments
He studied with many famous ʻulamā' of his time fiqh, ḥadīṯ, history, taking part to the social and political debate in his country. He is also author of a collection of poems «الأسلوب العجيب والسر الغريب في التوسل بالنبي إلى القريب المجيب» preserved in a manuscript witness in Rabat, (الخزانة العامة رقم ك 581).
