The title is not mentioned in the text but WEINER018 is the same text and there on fol. 4r, the text is identified as Mawāhib al-ṣamad. The muqaddima of al-Fašnī's Mawāhib al-ṣamad fī ḥall alfāẓ al-Zubad bears some resemblance to the present text, but they are not identical.
